Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Act and Ascend, we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor tutoring, mental health and wellbeing coaching, and group experiences. In order to maintain fairness and ensure the smooth running of our services, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
Cancellations by Clients

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice:
If you need to cancel a session or booking and provide more than 24 hours' notice, we are happy to offer:-
A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your session at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:
Due to the preparation and resources involved in delivering our services, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling options for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session.
No-shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours. No refunds or reschedules will be offered.
Cancellations by Act and Ascend
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, staff illness), we will offer:

A full refund, or

The opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
Group Programs and Workshops
For group coaching and peer support, specific cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. As a general rule:

Full refunds are available up to 4 days before the start of the program.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 4 days, unless the space can be filled from a waiting list.
